Our Committee
The Committee serves to raise awareness, coordinate prayer teams, oversee & manage, maintain records, general organisation requirements, documentation, compliance, and send newsletters.
Moses Otto
Director
My wife and I are the Founders and Directors of Acholi Resilience. We are supporting the victims of Nodding Syndrome, providing clean drinking water, and improving the learning environment for primary schools. We are also committed to supporting the pastors, their family members and their congregation.

I’m a mum of five and wife to an incredible man, Moses. I’m a full-time primary teacher and enjoy working with children. I’m passionate to see every person treated with dignity and see them reach their full God given potential. Life is precious. I’m so honoured to be a part of Acholi Resilience and excited to see hope being restored to as many as we possibly can reach!

I am a Disability Support Worker living in Coffs Harbour living with my husband and two teenage boys. We are a part of our local church “Faith Family” for 12 years and love to support the work of God’s Kingdom in places around the world.

I am passionate for people less privileged, looked down on society to empower them to understand that they are better than that. Fatherhood is something that is so dear to my heart, because I believe when men understand their call as fathers a big portion of our society issues are dealt with. And as part of this huge passion I am involved in my local church being a father figure in the lives of vulnerable children who have never known their biological father, or if they did they were not a good example. I am excited being part of a group of men that are painting a new picture of fatherhood in our generation. You see society had more or less given up on the idea of Fathers because of their experiences or stories they have seen or heard. So to be part of a generation of men that are taking a stand and saying we can be the Fathers of our generation that imitate the best Father ever God; is pretty exciting. I love sports, people, adventure but more importantly, God. You see all these things I have said I do because I have learnt from the best, God.

I live in Tasmania on a hobby farm with my husband and three boys. I am currently a busy mum but my work life has been in aged care. I love being involved with family, and in prayer and social groups for our school and church.
Amy Anderson
Secretary
Amy has long held a passion for social justice and has spent a lot of time working and volunteering with people in need through her local church and various not-for-profit organisations over the years. She is currently completing her Master of Teaching degree and looks forward to working with young people in North West Tasmania. In her downtime, Amy enjoys reading, painting and getting outdoors.
Elijah Anderson
Marketing
Elijah has always had a heart for community. He is a ‘people person’ who has spent many years volunteering with young people and helping with social media at his local church. Elijah is passionate about all things photography, videography and marketing, and is currently overseeing the marketing team at an agricultural machinery company in North West Tasmania.
Levi Dance
Media
Levi is passionate about bringing ideas to life through problem-solving and creativity. He studied engineering and teaching at Utas, and currently works in marketing and as a freelance photographer. This unique skillset empowers him to invest into others and overcome obstacles between them and their vision. Outside of work, Levi enjoys endurance running, building businesses and serving at his local church. His enthusiasm extends to his involvement with Acholi Resilience, where he is dedicated to aiding in the revitalisation of Northern Uganda’s pride and dignity.
